Suburban Sports Group Management Team Hires Skating Director
Archer, a former Learn to Skate Instructor, returns as Skating Director

Suburban Sports Group of Farmington Hills, Michigan, has hired Amaan Archer as the Skating Director at the Onyx-Rochester Ice Arena.

A Learn to Skate instructor at the Onyx since December 1999, Archer also served as a professional staff member for the Onyx Suburban Skating Academy for six years.

A graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Communications, Archer was the 1997 National Champion in Novice Pairs, has passed tests in Senior Moves, Junior Pair and Novice Freestyle and has coached national and junior national competitors.

Archer will be responsible for the management of both the Learn to Skate program and Onyx Suburban Skating Academy.
