LYLE PHAIR - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Lyle develops strategies and oversees daily operations of the company. He oversees sales and marketing, finance, customer support and approves all financial obligations. Mr. Phair played collegiate hockey and earned his BA in Business Administration at Michigan State University. After graduating in 1985, he played professional hockey with the Los Angeles Kings and served as an assistant hockey coach with the University of Illinois-Chicago Flames of the Central Collegiate Hockey Association. With over 30 years of experience in ice arena programming, Phair is one of the country’s foremost experts on hockey programming. An experienced youth hockey coach, he serves as a volunteer on the Michigan Amateur Hockey Association (MAHA) Girls/Women’s Committee and is chairperson of the MAHA One Goal Committee which is instrumental in growing the game by providing opportunities for more young players to get on the ice.
JENNIFER JOHNSON - HUMAN RESOURCES
Jennifer Johnson is responsible for the administration of all phases of human resources activity amongst Suburban operated facilities, as well as supporting SSG’s overall business objectives. A Suburban teammate since 1999, Jennifer earned her B.A. in Business from Detroit College of Business, and a M.S. in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. An active member of HRAGD, Jennifer is also
responsible for the development and execution of the company’s in-house corporate training and professional development program, Suburban University.
JULIE PARDOSKI - PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
Pardoski has been with SSG since 1999, and served in a program manager role at both the Onyx-Rochester Ice Arena in Rochester, MI and Suburban Ice-Macomb. A Division I basketball player at the University of Illinois-Chicago, Julie graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology and an M.A. in Sports Administration. She has over 15 years of arena programming and management experience before joining the Onyx staff when it opened its doors in 1999. She was promoted to General Manager at Suburban Ice-Macomb in 2006 and managed the business through 2012.
Julie has transitioned to the Corporate Office in the area of Program Development supporting all Suburban Operated Facilities in Sales and Marketing with primary emphasis on Program Growth and Retention.
